How do I get my vehicle to your facility?There are several options for your convenience. The obvious is for you to drop off your vehicle at the time you have selected. Please ensure that you have received a confirmation of your appointment time and the duration required to complete the serive(s) you have selected. The other option is to select "concierge" service. We will personally pick-up your vehicle by auto transport (flat bed car carrier). The last option which we perform most frequently is our "drive away" service (one of our insured and bonded employees will pick-up and drop off your vehicle).

Why does it take so long for a ceramic (includes graphene infused ceramic) coating service to be performed?The application process, specifically for the ceramic coating itself, takes about an hour depending upon the vehicle. The condition of the vehicle paint will determine the time required to prepare the surface. There are a minimum of 5 stages to prepare the paint prior to application. In order to remove all the contaminants from the surface and provide a perfect "canvas" of the clear coat to bond with the ceramic, the time can vary between 3-5 hours. This is why it is very important that we assess the condition of your car's paint before we can accurately quote the timeframe and cost.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

We perform several steps depending upon the finish coating that you select. For this reason, a "base" price will include all the required steps to prepare the surface of your vehicle's paint. The actual coating you select may not require all the same steps as, for example, a ceramic coating. Instead, you may opt for a high polymer based sealant or top coat to an existing finish. We are here to answer all your questions and guide you down the path to achieve the best possible outcome for your car that adheres to your budget and anticipated maintenance requirements AFTER your ride leaves our shop. Remember, we are not here to offer a service that your vehicle is not a candidate to receive.
