If for any reason our products or services fail to meet your expectations, call us, email us or come by our shop and we will promptly provide a remedy. The only way we can continue to be successful and experience organic growth is through positive feedback and your referrals. We are a company that thrives upon word of mouth advertising. We are able to keep our costs low (hence, our very low pricing structure) because we operate with very little advertising dollars spent. Refunds for store merchandise and products will be issued to your original form of payment or as a credit to account. Merchandise that is returned used, opened or without its original packaging intact may be denied credit or subject to a restocking fee.
