1. Booking and scheduling

Deposits: In order to guarantee your appointment time/day, we may request a minimum deposit, especially for premium services like ceramic coating or paint correction.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the time of your scheduled service appointment.

Time Estimates: Detailing times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition.

Weather/Equipment Issues: Reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing levels, or equipment failure.

Vehicle Access: Customers must provide vehicle access at the scheduled time.
2. Customer responsibilities

Personal Belongings: Customers are strongly advised to remove all personal belongings, money, and valuable items from the vehicle before detailing. Compartments containing personal belongings may not be cleaned or emptied.

Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for disclosing any issues like heavy stains, foul odors, biohazards, mold, or chemical spills during booking to avoid voiding service guarantees or incurring extra fees.

Paint/Clear Coat Curing: If aftermarket parts are installed, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure paint or clear coat is fully cured (e.g., at least 30 days) before services like ceramic and/or graphene application.

Fuel for pick-up/drop-off services: Vehicles using pick-up/drop-off services must have sufficient fuel, and additional fees may apply for vehicles with low fuel.

Car Seat Removal: Car seats should be removed before interior detailing appointments, as companies may not be responsible for re-installation.

Compliance with Laws: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring chosen tint opacity levels comply with local laws.
3. Payment and refunds
Payment is generally due upon service completion. Refunds are typically not given for completed services, but corrections may be offered if issues are reported promptly. We are a 100% satisfaction driven enterprise.
5. Liability and disclaimers
Vehicles are cleaned at the owner's risk, and damage claims may be limited. We are not liable for pre-existing or service-related mechanical/electrical issues or discharged batteries.
